A quick post from Babyland...

We're all adapting to each other very well. Baby Maggie is so sweet and we've already got her on a schedule. We get to sleep at night, and we never deprive her of hugs and holdings and feedings! We've found a great doctor who helped us with the really important stuff.

Today Maggie had her first shot. She cried for a few minutes, then was fine. She's on both breast milk and formula and is doing great. She has regained her birth weight and the doc says that's perfect. She will be 2 weeks old tomorrow. She has already outgrown her newborn sized Pampers!

I'm very excited that Changapeluda is going to kick off her own blog. She is someone I met through this blog and who is probably one of the most interesting women I've had the pleasure to meet - either online or in person! As soon as she has it ready for public consumption I'm hoping she'll allow me to link to it so you can enjoy it too.

In the meantime, I must get back to Maggie. I haven't kissed her in about 10 minutes. And that's just 9 minutes too long...
