New Maggie pictures today!

I have to scan one and put it up. I will, most definitely.

I met my new doctor this morning. He's a total trip, very funny, very gay, very good at putting you at ease. And he's got this great new sonogram machine. We could see little Maggie so clearly, and he checked her out pretty thoroughly. He said she looks excellent. He doesn't consider me high risk, even though I'm 40, so that's pretty good. Dr. Wilson did the same, and it just makes me feel a little better about the whole process. To be honest, I'm really starting to think that if my pregnancy continues to go this well (God Willing), I'd love to have another child so Maggie will have someone to go through life with. Let's face it, I'm old. Marcellino will probably live longer than I will, and if she doesn't have to be an only child, then maybe it's our responsibility to give her a brother or sister. Of course, after 12 hours of screaming labor, this may not seem so important!

I'm listing so many things on eBay this week. I've got to get the baby's room clear and redecorated, and it's been holding so much stuff for the past two years that it's going to be a while before it's clear! I was going to give it all to charity, but instead we split it all up, donated a whole bunch (like 3 garbage bags full) of brand new clothes to the Salvation Army, and I'm selling the things that will go for some money, like a Majarishi jacket I never wore, Lucky jeans that I will NEVER fit into, and stuff like that. Now I'm selling other crap too, plus lots of my vhs movie collection. Click here to see what I have up for sale!

I'll be back in a bit for a little more!

Hi there! I love happening up on a blog by a good woman writer...and pregnant to boot, Good For You! About that 12 hour labor, you totally forget how bad it hurts... Having popped my own son out 10 months ago @ age 38....I speak from a good experience. Besides 40 is the new 30 and all that....
