Still At Home...

So the doctor put me on the monitor, and everything seems fine. Maggie is a good little girl and she has stayed in birth position, and he thinks she will not be moving out of it. But she has not dropped as yet.

The doc says we should think about inducing on Thursday night since Friday is the due date. I really don't know how to feel about it. I want to be with my baby for as much of the time as I can for maternity leave, but I also don't want to rush her, you know? I don't want to be selfish on this, so I'm in a bit of a quandry. The Italian isn't into the inducement at all, but is trying so hard to keep an open mind. Our bottom line is - whatever is best for the baby is what we want to do. The doc says she won't be getting enormous, it's more the other gestational diabetes complications we have to watch, but he doesn't seem very worried.

Well, maybe Miss Maggie will miraculously drop and I'll go into labor tomorrow or Wednesday and that'll be that.

I don't have much to say and I know I'm baby obsessed at the moment. Sorry to bore you if I am!! :)
